i recieved my kit and am so pleased with it in every possible way. Its light and easy to use. doesnt take long to put on and it looks great I had great compliments and people ask what I use so I pass the word on. Its not cakey or streaks away. the bonus kits were great as well.. Ill never go back to regular make up again......Thanks sheer cover..

A Very Satisfied, Long Time Customer!

I normally do not write reviews but with all the infomercials and products out there, I thought it was necessary to hear from a regular person that has experienced bad products and good ones. I usually will read all the reviews first before purchasing a product as I hate getting something that doesn't work like it said it would. Sheer Cover is definitely not one of them. I have been a customer of theirs for 2 years now and absolutely love the products! I am 45 years old and my skin looks great and natural with it on! I have a a particular skin color being half hispanic so any foundation that I bought from the store was either too light or too orange, too dark or just looked masky. Not so with SC! I get the Golden & Tan, which is perfect for me as I can alternate between when I haven't been in the sun or I'm starting to get my tan on. I sometimes even mix the two to achieve the color I need. I have gotten many compliments on young my skin looks and I am a firm believer. I know I probably sound like a commercial but I sincerely can say the products are great! The only two downsides to the mineral makeup that I have had is 1.) my skin sometimes gets itchy if I start sweating in the heat. (Not sure if any else has this issue..could just be my skin) and 2. It does make a mess since it's fine powder so please be sure to put a towel under neath when applying. I've had to change work shirts because of this. Other than that, I love it! :)T

Worst makeup ever!

I cannot believe people use this makeup. It is so terrible. I put on one swipe and put it back in the box and returned it. You cannot blend it at all, it looks cakey and it flakes- you can see it from a mile away. I cannot believe Proactiv promotes this makeup, this is the worst makeup I have ever used. Beware!

i think it is great. one swipe??? maybe you should have done your whole face. i think one swipe would look funny,too.

Great Make up kit

I recieved my Sheer Cover kit about a month ago and I am very pleased. The mineral foundation if very light weight but still covers up my skin issues such as dark eye circles and acne scars. I love all the free gifts I recieved ,really good deal. I also like how there is 2 shades for the foundation and concealer, that way you can find what color is really going to blend with your skin, I like to mix them together. Applying the sheer cover make up is quick and easy and it does not dry out my skin or make my face break out.

Great Introductory Kit

I love SheerCover's introductory kit. I love that it comes with the duo concealer to see if you need two colors or just one, and that it comes with two mineral foundations so that you can see if you need one shade or two. I wish that the new kit still included Conditioning Cleanser and Nourishing Moisturiser as well as the DVD, how to guide, travel case, and Contour Brush as one of the free brushes. I'm really glad it now includes Base Perfector (a product every SheerCover user should own) and the Sophisticate Face Pallet which is great for traveling. One thing I don't think it should include in the bronzing tan minerals since that shade is too dark for light skin tones . Maybe it should include samples of the lip to lid hilighters instead. Other than that I think this is a great kit to start out with and I really recommend SheerCover products.

I LOVE SHEER COVER. My make up before made me look so bland and dull. I'm a college student, so i don't sleep very much, and then i spend all day in florescent lighting. It is not a good match. But with Sheer Cover, I look so awake and refreshed everyday. Iv tried a thousand different products but nothing beats Sheer Cover!

I really liked the base profector! It made my skin feeling soft and smooth. Another bonus of the product was that it made my makeup feel so light weight. The extra product "base profector" on my face didn't feel like anything was caked on. It felt perfect and it really did minimize my poors and created a smooth surface to put on my concealer and mineral foundation.

Finally found THE ONE!!!!!!!

After years of trying every brand of make-up, I finally found the one that truly does what it is supposed to do. My skin looks so healthy and natural when I have it on. The colors in the foundation palate really blend and match the true "shade" of my own skin tone. I no longer feel that I have to be self conscience about the "shade" either being to dark or to light. It just looks natural. The Base Perfector is truly one of the best products on the market. After I apply it my skin is so smooth and silky. It truly sets the foundation for the rest of the Sheer Cover products. I also love the mascara. Thank you so much Sheer Cover for all of the wonderful products that you offer. I will always use your products and tell everyone I know about them, and ask them what are they waiting for? Just try it once you will be hooked.

i like the kit overall, its easy to put on and last all day. Im not a big fan of the mascara, to me it smears a little under the eyes and smears when you wash it off, i need face cream to remove it

I received my new order. The finishing powder has been discontinued. I thought O.K. try without. This is not the same product without the finishing powder. My makeup is on my hands everytime I touch my face and my skin is oily looking. I am truley unhappy and will be cancelling my order.

I want a makeup that even outs and looks good on but I don't want it caked on or feeling nasty on my skin. This meets all of my requirements. It looks so good on and covers any little places it needs to cover, easy to put on, fast, and is so light on your skin you do not even know that you have it on. It is so natural looking. I just love it. I watched the demo and thought well I don't know. I am not a professional. But after watching the demo and practicing all of the little tips they give you I feel in love with the way if feels so light and the way it looked. I found that the more that I used it the faster that I got putting it on. Now that is another good selling point for me as I am always on the run. Thanks again for a very wonderful product..

I've been using sheercover for almost 3 years and so do my daughters,in 2008 both of my daughters got married and since realizing these pictures where going to be what everyone was looking at forever I thought I should look my best so I saw an infomercial on bare minerals tried it and I wasn't totally sold I just wsn't happy with the results then I saw a infomercial on sheercover I was sold on it since the first day I used it!! Not only did it cover better then bare minerals the colors matched my skin tone so much better and my skin seemed to be just better healthier and I am somwhat of a tom boy it looks better at the end of the day it seems to just almost look better then when i first put it on!! LOve it Love it Love it!!! I got acompliment that floored me the other day from an acquitance I've known for 13 years he said you know you have'nt change since the first time i met you,I said oh I love you what could possible be a better compliment?!! Thanx so much for a wonderful product!!
